What is the?sus-PEN-ded?Holder?
The?sus-PEN-ded?Holder is a gadget of convenience. Seriously. It measures 135 x 26 x 20mm and is mounted/fixed to the ceiling – or overhead structure – and through genius in design simplicity, allows 2 pens (pen & pencil, red & black pen) to be easily accessed and released without being lost or misplaced.
The?sus-PEN-ded Holder has been years in the making. That’s right. First created and used to overcome that ever-frustrating loss of pens at the front desk – not only are they misplaced, but they are also stolen, moved, and mishandled. From a crude design using fishing line and bolts as counterweights – and after many ceiling hooks being cut into and hindering smooth operation, the sus-PEN-ded?Holder was born.
The design, size, and materials used are all carefully thought out. This is one purpose-built convenient gadget. From hard chrome-plated line guides to the rubber pen holders, everything is proportionate and geared to serve you, almost invisibly.
How Does the?sus-PEN-ded?Holder Work?
Clever design allows a nylon line to enter and exit the?sus-PEN-ded Holder, over two hard chrome shafts. Rubber caps are attached to the ends, which are fitted over the backs of the two pens, allowing them to hang, “sus-pen-ded”, just out of the way. When a pen is needed, the “operator” simply reaches for and pulls it towards themselves, uses it, and then “gives it back”.
The pen is always there, easy to access and “put back”. Two pens of equal weight are used in conjunction with one another. The one counter-weighs the other. They work in pairs.
Where is a?sus-PEN-ded?Holder Used?
Imagination is the only limitation with a?sus-PEN-ded Holder. Typically it is used in any area where forms, receipts or paperwork are done and a pen or pencil is needed. They are MOST convenient in areas where pens are used by the general public, such as banks, cell phone outlets, post offices, City Power offices, TAB Betting, shop fronts, point-of-sale, retail stores, reception desks, or in-home office environments.
